Creator & Marketplace Terms
These terms apply to creators who publish photos or videos and participate in the DroneClasses.com media marketplace.
Effective date: October 16, 2026
1. Creator eligibility
You must have the legal right and authority to submit the work you publish. You are responsible for obtaining releases or permissions where required for people, private property, trademarks, copyrighted material, or other protected elements.
2. Ownership and distribution license
You retain ownership of content you own. By submitting content, you grant DroneClasses a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, preview, promote, market, distribute, sell, and deliver downloads of the submitted content through the website and its marketplace, including the technical rights reasonably needed to provide these services. This license lasts while the content is listed and as needed to honor completed purchases, resolve disputes, maintain records, and comply with law. You may request removal of a listing subject to these obligations and any rights already granted to buyers.
3. Creator warranties for drone media
When you upload a photo or video, you represent and warrant that: (a) it is your original work or you hold all necessary written permissions and rights to license it; (b) you have obtained all applicable drone flight, airspace, location, filming, privacy, property, and commercial-use authorizations required for the capture and distribution; (c) the work does not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights; (d) the metadata and location information are not knowingly misleading; and (e) you will provide evidence of rights or permits when reasonably requested. A checkbox does not replace any permit required by law.
4. Upload and content review
You must accept the upload agreement before submitting media. New submissions may remain pending until reviewed. DroneClasses may reject, restrict, or remove content that is unlawful, infringing, unsafe, deceptive, improperly licensed, or otherwise unsuitable, and may pause settlement while investigating a credible complaint.
5. Pricing, platform fee and settlement
The sale price is shown to the buyer before payment. DroneClasses retains a service fee equal to 10% of the listed sale price; the creator share is 90% before applicable payment-provider costs, refunds, reversals, disputes, currency conversion or other adjustments disclosed for the transaction. DroneClasses collects the buyer's payment first and aims to initiate settlement within 7–14 days after the purchase is completed only when the creator's eligible available balance reaches at least US$10.00. Settlement begins only when a creator's eligible available balance reaches at least US$10.00. The minimum applies to the payout amount. Any PayPal, transfer, currency-conversion or other settlement fees are the creator's responsibility and may be deducted from the amount received. Settlement depends on completed account verification, a valid connected recipient account, available funds, fraud and rights checks, and the absence of relevant refunds, disputes, holds or legal restrictions. A ledger entry is not a confirmation that a transfer has been sent.
6. Refunds, disputes and reversals
Creator earnings may be delayed, reduced, reversed, or placed on hold when a purchase is refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise not eligible for settlement. Where an adjustment occurs after settlement, the platform may offset the amount against future earnings or seek recovery as permitted by applicable law and the creator agreement.
7. Taxes and reporting
Creators are responsible for tracking, reporting and paying their own taxes on creator income. DroneClasses does not withhold creator income tax under this marketplace policy. This allocation does not exclude any information-reporting, withholding, tax collection, or other duty that applicable law may impose on either party.
8. Prohibited conduct
Creators must not purchase their own media, create fraudulent transactions, manipulate engagement, submit duplicate or misleading listings, or attempt to bypass marketplace permissions or payment controls.
9. Removal requests and records
Creators may request removal of eligible listings. Removal does not erase transaction, accounting, security, or legal records and does not cancel rights already granted to buyers through completed transactions.
10. Contact and legal details
Before production launch, DroneClasses should publish its legal business identity, jurisdiction, and a monitored creator/legal contact address.
