Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of DroneClasses.com, including drone training discovery, instructor services, creator profiles, community features, and the drone media marketplace.

Effective date: September 29, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using DroneClasses.com, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must not impersonate another person, share an account in a way that creates security or ownership problems, or use the service for unlawful activity.

3. Training marketplace

DroneClasses helps users discover courses and instructors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, DroneClasses is not the instructor or training provider and does not guarantee a particular training outcome, certification result, regulatory approval, or employment result. Users should independently confirm applicable aviation rules and provider credentials.

4. Drone media marketplace

Creators may submit photos and videos for publication and sale. Buyers receive the usage rights expressly described for the purchased media; a purchase does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying work. DroneClasses may reject, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Payments and digital delivery

Prices are shown before checkout. Payments may be processed by PayPal or another payment provider displayed at checkout. Digital media may be delivered through the buyer's account after successful payment and permission checks. Payment-provider fees, taxes, currency conversion, and other charges may apply where disclosed.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not upload or sell content you do not have the right to use, infringe intellectual-property rights, upload unlawful or dangerous material, manipulate reviews or purchases, bypass access controls, scrape protected areas, interfere with the service, or attempt to obtain another user's private information.

7. User content

You retain rights you already own in content you submit. By submitting content for publication, you grant DroneClasses the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display, promote, distribute, and sell that content according to the features and settings you choose. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions.

8. Creator earnings

Creator earnings shown in the platform ledger are not, by themselves, a promise that a creator has received funds in a personal payment account. Real creator payouts depend on the payment-provider and marketplace/platform arrangements enabled by DroneClasses, including required onboarding, eligibility, approval, refunds, disputes, and settlement.

9. Reviews, comments, likes and community features

Community content must be truthful, relevant, lawful, and respectful. DroneClasses may moderate or remove content and may restrict accounts or features when necessary to protect users, creators, instructors, or the service.

10. Safety and third-party services

DroneClasses may provide verification, trust, and safety information, but a verification label is not a guarantee of future conduct or performance. Third-party services, including payment and hosting providers, are governed by their own terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse, legal compliance, payment disputes, or material violations of these Terms.

12. Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DroneClasses disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the service.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

14. Contact

Before production launch, DroneClasses should publish its legal business name, jurisdiction, and monitored legal contact address here.
